The beginning of Jack's baby blog

To start this blog I will just write about today! Today Gabe had the day off, woohoo! Jack is currently in the baby bjorn and Gabe is wearing it and Jack couldn't be happier. Well by happy I mean sleeping peacefully :) We had dinner with our next door neighbors/landlords/Granny and Bopa tonight. I started making dinner...spaghetti and meatballs and sausage, salad and garlic bread. Of course once I got things started Jack starting crying because he was hungry so Gabe took over the cooking.

Anyways it was a great day we slept in, ate brunch, laid around and read. Later Leah babysat afor the Stout girls, Gabe took out all the A/C units and put in the storm screens, day two of having the heat on, its getting cold outside!

The house we live in Jack's great-great grandfather built circa the 1940s I believe. It is old, hence the central A/C is broken but we survived just fine with A/C unit, even hot and pregnant! Now we are hoping to stay nice and warm all winter! Our bedroom is a great temperature so that is wonderful, hopefully it will make getting up in the morning easier! So this house may not be very energy efficient but we love it :)

Well I could probably write some more but I'm figuring out what is actually interesting to write about to entertain our blog viewers. What I really need to figure out is how to add pictures, which is what people really want to see! I am sure it is easy but it is time to feed Jack and put him to bed and go to bed ourselves.

Jack stats: 11 weeks old!

at his two month doctor visit he weighed 13lbs. 4 oz. and was 23 in. long

1 month he was 11lbs. 8 oz. 22 in.

birth 7/28/09 7:19 pm 9lbs. 13 oz. 21 in.
